Hello everyone, I am a psychologist, registered psychotherapist, and certified CBT therapist. I adopt a holistic approach to well-being in my sessions in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
My interventions integrate evidence-based techniques from various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Humanistic therapy, Narrative therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Compassionate-focused therapy Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy.
I work with a diverse range of presentations including depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma, life changes, self, burnout, anger management, and others.
